Operation Theatre In-Charge

(1) Will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the ophthalmic operating theatre. (2) Should manage OT staff, ensure sterile environment, maintain equipment, and optimize surgical flow. (3) Should oversee inventory, and adhere to protocols. Note: Requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in an eye care setting.
